What to do Diving, snorkelling, beach combing, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, hobie-cats, golfing, shopping or exploring the island by car. There are lots of sights to visit, but one of the most popular attractions is the Cayman Island Turtle Farm, which was set up for conservation as well as a commercial enterprise at the same time. Another nice outing is to rent a car and drive to the north side of the island, where you will find another great beach at Rum Point with facilities such as a bar, restaurant and water-sports. Pedro St. James in the East End, with its fascinating multimedia visitors' centre, is a great place to learn about the earlier origins of the Cayman Islands. |
